Overview


This course is intended for candidates who wish to act as Person In Charge Of Possession (PICOP) on Network Rail’s infrastructure.


Upon successful completion of the course candidates will be able to:


• Take, manage and give up an Engineer’s Possession safely and effectively
• Carry out PICOP’s dutiescompetently in accordance with the Rule Book and industry standards
